WORKING
WITH THE FOUR AGREEMENTS - Keshav Howe
GLASTONBURY
– Sacred Rivers Yoga
You
can embrace absolute freedom from suffering and fear and create heaven on earth
by changing some basic beliefs that no longer serve your best interest. Don Miquel Ruiz introduced the concept of the
Dream of Heaven on Earth in his book “The Four Agreements.” This workshop is for anyone who wants some
guidance on how to implement those four agreements – 1) Be impeccable with your
word; 2) Don’t take things personally; 3) Don’t make assumptions; and 4) Always
do your best - into their everyday life.
By learning to master the awareness of our own actions and reactions, we
can transform our life into one of unconditional love and joy. This workshop is designed to be by highly
dynamic, interactive, magical and fun.
Each Friday evening we sit together in
a circle of unity around a sacred fire (candles). Initially, we do so in silent
reflection. We then engage in an intimate investigation into the nature of
spiritual awakening and living an awakened life.
