In Harmony

Many people that use my counseling services supplement that work with Plant Spirit healing.  As we start to really feel feelings all the way through, it is very helpful for the body, mind and spirit to be working in harmony so that the old and toxic energy can be cleanly released.  Plant Spirit Healing is a process of holistic healing based on the Chinese five–element system.  Traditional Chinese healing attributes health to the natural flow of energy, or chi.  All of life and all of nature is dependent upon the rhythmic and harmonious flow of chi.  Health and disease are defined by this life energy.  It brings into balance the energies of the body, mind and spirit.  Plant Spirit Healing treatments are based on herbal knowledge and calling on our plant allies in the natural and spirit worlds.

The five elements govern our lives and the lives of everything we know.  Each element corresponds to a season of the year, a color, an odor, a sound, an organ system in the body, an emotion, and much more.  It is through the weaving of these elements together that we achieve our highest balance and health.  The wide incidence of chronic and persistent physical and emotional illness in our culture is a clear indication that our spirits need attention.  When treating a client, my primary focus is on healing the spirit.  Working with the spirits of local plants, I facilitate the release of the deepest, earliest illnesses and imbalances by bringing your flow of chi into balance.

As the spirit becomes more vibrant, the mind and body follow suit.  People receiving treatment report significant changes in their life; greater mental and emotional well-being and subsequent changes in physical symptoms.  Please note that healing involves opening a pathway to the passion for life. This does not mean an immediate relief from symptoms.  In fact, by coming face to face with the truth, symptoms can become more acute.  The idea is not to kill the messenger, but to embrace her.

The first session lasts approximately two hours and includes a review of your personal history and current physical, emotional and spiritual health.  I focus on your hopes, dreams, wants and desires.  There is also a brief physical assessment and an examination of the balance of energy in the body, mind and spirit, primarily through pulse diagnosis.  Based on the results of the initial visit, I make a determination of the particular place within your holistic system where you go into and out of physical, emotional and spiritual balance.  This place is referred to as your causative factor.  Your second and subsequent visits last approximately one hour and you will be treated with a specific plant spirit essence focused on creating balance and harmony within your body, mind and spirit.  Treatment can be done energetically, or with extracts (tinctures) that have been infused with the spirits of the appropriate plants infused in them.

The ongoing frequency of treatment will vary with each individual’s needs.  As initial harmony grows, the time between treatments is extended.  I do ask that you make a commitment to at least three treatments.

 
Payments

My hourly fee for in office Plant Spirit Healing sessions is $70.  When three sessions are paid for at once, the total payment is $200. Paypal or cash payments are accepted, and are due in advance of the in office visit.   I do not accept checks as payment for plant spirit healing  sessions.  Please click here to make a paypal payment.
