It has been my experience
that all of us are fully capable of waking up to who we truly are right
now. Reality is perfect - everything that you see, hear, taste and touch is the ONE, so there is no need to add anything. Ironically, seeking for something more than what is already here is the denial of what is being sought. The open and spacious freedom that I am
referring to is the complete absence of resistance to what is in this
moment. It is revealed to be full, subtle, vibrant and unending. I am suggesting that all thought
forms and beliefs that have defined the stories of “me” be met head on with an
open heart. If
they are not indulged in or avoided, they are simply reabsorbed back into
silent and still awareness. As it turns out,
they are just spirit taking on temporal form on their way back home. So, let
go of the strategies to control and manipulate life and simply let it be. For me, this process is very much like waking
up from a dream and realizing that we are the main character in the dream, the
dreamer and the source of the dream. So,
beautiful dreamers, let’s allow all sense of separateness to gracefully fall
away, and together we can support each other as we play in the Dream Of Unity that has been here all along!
